I built a formal cost appraisal review for a CFIA-registered project, documenting why standard valuation tables overstate costs for lightweight construction. I also submitted a complete public-procurement offer through SICOP.
For a public school, I won and scoped work for six prefabricated classrooms, defining dimensions, quantities, and technical solutions. I manage permit and compliance processes with Ministerio de Salud and Bomberos on active projects.
My construction work has included public-sector projects with CONAVI and the Municipalidad de Santa Ana. I’m a civil engineer and PMP-certified project manager, and I’m available for full-time remote work during EST hours.
