I’m a PMP-certified Project Manager with 6+ years leading complex projects ($500K–$25M) across mission-critical infrastructure and data centers in Latin America. My background combines architecture (Bachelor’s from University of Costa Rica, experience at Gensler) with formal project management training (Master’s in PM, PMP 2025), which allows me to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.

Currently at Ingenium by DCC, I manage end-to-end delivery of data center projects across Latin America—planning, execution, risk mitigation, procurement, compliance, and executive reporting. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver on time and within scope. I’ve implemented process improvements, built dashboards, led client presentations, and resolved cross-functional conflicts in high-pressure environments.

Before formal PM work, I was a project architect at firms like Salagnac Architects and Inverse Project, managing high-end residential and commercial projects. This taught me how to manage creative professionals, balance client expectations with technical feasibility, and deliver under tight deadlines.

I am seeking remote PM roles in SaaS, tech operations, EdTech, marketing agencies, or professional services—industries with more predictable workflows and established processes. I thrive in roles requiring stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization, and I’m comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.
