I am a Project Management Professional (PMP®) with more than 12 years of experience leading complex, multimillion-dollar projects from initiation through successful delivery. I lead multidisciplinary teams, manage executive stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across construction, infrastructure, consulting, and transformation initiatives.
As General Manager & Project Director, I lead strategic and project delivery functions, maintaining full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, procurement, and stakeholder expectations—most notably directing an US$18.5 million luxury residential development. I establish governance frameworks, executive dashboards, and reporting structures, while negotiating contracts, managing suppliers, and proactively addressing risk and operational challenges.
Previously, I served as Senior Project Manager and Owner’s Representative across multiple hospitality and residential developments, managing planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and financial controls. I also built my foundation as a Project Manager / Resident Engineer and later as a Project Management Consultant, implementing tools like Earned Value Management (EVM), risk registers, change management processes, and executive reporting to consistently meet client and contractual objectives.
