I’m a Bookkeeper with 3 years of experience across multiple accounting platforms and CRM integrations. I manage accounts receivable and accounts payable while generating accounting reports that support accurate financial representation and budgeting.

In my current role, I create sales orders, invoice customers, and receive multiple payment types from 40+ wholesale customers on a weekly basis. I also process bills and vendor payments, ensure proper account and class codes, and keep vendor information up to date for accurate ACH transfers. I review past-due accounts, generate statements and aging reports for receivables and payables, and prepare deliverables for a senior accountant, while handling cash in-office, bank deposits, and check runs involving payroll and payables.

I bring an operational, customer-focused mindset from working my way up at Jones Coffee Roasters. As a Shift Manager, I trained new team members, managed a team of five per shift, and supported daily sales targets—skills that carry into my work ethic around organization, accuracy, and continuous improvement. I’m comfortable with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), NetSuite, Gusto payroll processing, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and I communicate fluently in Spanish.
