What I'm looking for

I’d love a job where I can help businesses succeed using AI, while at the same time, help employees adapt and adopt the changes so no job is lost. I am looking for remote jobs that I can execute from anywhere in the world.

I'm a senior Program Manager with nearly 30 years of experience in technology, most of that at Microsoft, where I recently spent almost six years as a Senior Program Manager within Customer Success and Global Service Delivery.

What I think differentiates me is that my career sits at the intersection of program management, delivery and customer success. Customer Success taught me to start with the customer outcomes and business value. Delivery taught me how important quality execution is to achieve those outcomes and value. And my program management experience gave me the framework to bring strategy, multiple teams and initiatives together.

I understand how and I have been successful in leading cross-functional Programs and delivering transformational services to customers, but also making sure the products created are fully adopted and customers are successful using them and get the expected ROI and value.

I'm PMP certified and a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, so I bring both the program discipline and the people/change perspective. What attracted me to EPAM is the combination of strategy, transformation, technology and scaled delivery. That's very close to what I've been doing throughout my career, and it's the kind of environment where I believe I can create significant value.

Earlier in my career, as a Customer Success Account Manager, I frequently acted as the delivery lead for complex customer initiatives—coordinating multiple teams, managing risks and dependencies, driving execution and making sure we delivered the expected customer and business outcomes. So although Delivery Manager wasn't my formal title, delivery leadership has been a significant part of what I've actually done.

In my most recent Microsoft role, I led global programs supporting more than 4,500 Customer Success professionals and 20,000 enterprise customers across 17 regions. Some of the results included around 95% adoption, a 40% improvement in operational efficiency, a 60% reduction in onboarding time, and a 30% reduction in escalations.
