I’m a detail-oriented professional with experience across medical interpretation, customer support, and banking. I’m fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (native), and I consistently deliver clear, professional communication in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Since August 2025, I’ve worked as a Medical Interpreter providing accurate consecutive interpretation between English and Spanish for healthcare interactions. I interpret appointments, treatment discussions, and patient concerns in real time while maintaining confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and strong active listening.

In customer-facing roles, I handled real-time transactions and technical issue resolution as Customer Support – LamaPay (iGaming Payments). Earlier banking experience includes advising on financial products, assessing loan applications, and managing client portfolios—where I contributed to achieving monthly goals and reducing delinquency rates.

I also build analytical capability through Google Data Analytics (Coursera) and a Power BI course (Udemy), strengthening my ability to work with SQL, Tableau, R, and data visualization tools.
