At Visiónar Consultoría, I implement Balanced Scorecard and Lean Management approaches for clients, including Ricardent Dental Clinic, where I led an organizational restructuring that leveraged AI tools to optimize operational efficiency.
I founded and managed Fit&Go, a vending machine operation at Plaza San Mateo, and Fior di Sogno, an artisanal cosmetics and skincare business. For Fior di Sogno, I managed the supply chain and trademark registrations.
I also directed catering and private chef event projects. During the COVID-19 health emergency, I designed and implemented a large-scale home delivery business model, ensuring business continuity and strict waste control.
Earlier, I led a two-year Balanced Scorecard project at Pemex’s Southwest Marine Region with Aledis Consulting. At Pearson Education / NCS National Computer Systems, I managed nationwide technical support and B2B sales, and contributed to ISO 9001 certification and the Third-Party Verifier project for long-distance telephone service in Mexico.
