I am a results-driven Learning & Development Specialist with over six years' experience designing and delivering training, building youth employability programs, and establishing compliance frameworks. I have led curriculum enhancements, mentorship programs, and employer partnerships that raised certification rates and reduced program attrition.

I combine practical program delivery with risk and compliance expertise — developing risk assessment frameworks, conducting audits, and creating staff compliance training to strengthen organizational accountability.
