What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join mission-driven teams where I can build human-first community operating systems—focus on member onboarding, retention, and community health—while partnering cross-functionally to turn feedback into actions, ideally in a fully remote environment.

I’m a community builder with 10+ years leading mission-driven communities, member programs, and partner ecosystems across APAC and Indonesia. I founded and scale Single Moms Indonesia to 13,000+ members, creating an operating system of rituals, norms, programming, and feedback loops that turn members into contributors.

I also partner with charities, NGOs, government, and brands—leading end-to-end partner success with SOPs, dashboards, and onboarding flows that improve readiness and reduce operational back-and-forth. As a former Meta community manager, I coached leaders and strengthened moderation and community health using structured playbooks and insight reporting.
