At Grupo Guanabara, I standardized the network edge of headquarters and branches on FortiGate NGFW (firewall policies, NAT/PAT, IPS, web filtering, application control), deployed SD-WAN with failover and load balancing, and configured IPsec VPN, SSL VPN and ZTNA for remote access. I rebuilt Active Directory on Windows Server 2022 and led the domain migration, maintained offsite LTO tape backups with Veritas Backup Exec with restores proven in a real scenario, helped build 24/7 Zabbix and Grafana monitoring with SNMP automation, and led the Kaspersky Security Center and Endpoint Security rollout.
Before that, I administered pfSense, switches, VLANs and Active Directory at InvestSmart XP, and built the infrastructure of MedSênior’s first outpatient units from scratch. I resolve N2/N3 incidents within SLA, manage tickets and assets in GLPI, and follow ITIL practices. English: advanced (C1).
