I’m an infrastructure and customer-focused specialist who started as a data center engineer and transitioned into a customer-facing leadership role. I help enterprise clients design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions by combining hands-on data center and cloud expertise with strong communication and stakeholder management.

In my Senior Manager Customer Care role, I work closely with Sales and Account Managers to understand customer requirements, recommend technical solutions, and support the sales process with architecture consultations, technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects. I regularly participate in customer meetings, help evaluate migration scenarios, and advise on cloud adoption, networking, backup, storage, and virtualization strategies.

I act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle—from initial solution design and onboarding to infrastructure optimization and adoption of new platform capabilities. I also collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and ensure proposed solutions align with both technical requirements and business goals.
