What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve resilient enterprise IT infrastructure, combining hands-on systems, network, security, automation, and business continuity work with team leadership.

At Stroyproekt, I operate VMware and Proxmox infrastructure supporting more than 34 construction sites, including networks, backup, monitoring, access control, and video-surveillance integration. I maintain recovery workflows with RPO up to 24 hours and RTO down to 20 minutes for critical services.

Across 16 years in distributed enterprise environments, including IEK Group and Avanpost, I've supported infrastructure for thousands of users, automated IT operations, and led infrastructure and support teams of up to 20 specialists. I've built connectivity for international operations, strengthened business continuity, and helped develop an internal support platform that handled up to 70 percent of requests.
