I’m looking for remote-ready work where I can combine incident management with system implementation—automate with PowerShell/Python, improve reliability, and contribute to SOAR/SOC and DLP-focused security operations.

I’m a Senior Implementation Consultant and Support Engineer with 8+ years of experience across technical support, system implementation, incident management, and infrastructure maintenance. I’ve worked in banking and corporate environments, handling critical operations while improving IT infrastructure security and system reliability.

I diagnose complex issues using DevTools, HAR files, logs, and SQL, then reproduce problems, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate defects to development teams with clear incident context. I support production rollouts and deployments, including end-to-end maintenance of corporate information systems, while monitoring service health and addressing user incidents and service requests.
