My background includes experience as a Customer Service Representative for a leading insurance company, where I qualified leads, handled client inquiries, and supported the sales team in converting prospects into policyholders. This experience strengthened my ability to identify customer needs, ask the right questions, and move potential clients through the sales funnel.
