At Kyara Interiors, I managed mechanical design activities for smart-furniture products, taking customer requirements and concepts through detailed CAD, design review, engineering analysis, and manufacturing handover.
I developed SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and product layouts that integrated structural components, mechanisms, electronic hardware, and enclosures. I applied DFM/DFA principles and ANSYS structural analysis to refine designs for manufacturability and assess stress and deformation.
At PK Generator House, I designed generator base frames, welded steel structures, mounting brackets, cooling ductwork, and electrical enclosures. I also supported fabrication and production teams in resolving fit-up, assembly, and installation issues, and contributed to design improvements based on field-reported problems.
With Salford Racing Team, I developed and evaluated Formula Student components using CFD and structural simulation. My work included intake-plenum airflow analysis, transient fuel-slosh modelling, and LS-DYNA impact-attenuator evaluation; my MSc thesis investigated F1 rear-wing CFD optimisation with DRS.
