I’m seeking a Human Resources, Operations, or Organizational Development role where I can apply data-driven decision making, workforce planning, and people-focused leadership to improve employee experience and operational performance.

At Lowe’s Home Improvement, I lead workforce planning and scheduling for teams of 15–25 employees, optimizing labor allocation and daily operations.

I drive onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance coaching to help new hires integrate quickly while improving communication, morale, and retention. I also identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements that strengthen operational performance.

With a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I’m focused on bringing data-driven, people-centered leadership to HR, operations, or organizational development work.
