Migrated the FAA from TDM to Ethernet service, building Network Handoff Documents, Quote Evaluations, and service orders. Designed circuits from FAA sites to Telco Points of Presence using M6, coordinating extensively with OSP and L3 Harris for construction and access.

Designed new field install circuits using TIRKS as an Inside Network Engineer subcontractor for Lumen. Utilized Lumen programs such as TIRKS, NBIE, NMADB, LIMS, EIRG, and FIRG to create fiber circuit paths and ensure equipment matched TIRKS records.

Installed Cisco Satellite, ROADM, NGPON, and Calix wireless systems in cell sites as a Field Engineer. Coordinated with Edge Engineers and vendors for equipment placement, ensured all necessary equipment was ordered and onsite, and resolved issues with vendors and engineering.

Managed the provisioning of Ethernet circuits from inception to turn-up, utilizing Verizon software applications including TIRKS, WFA, COFFEE, UUI, and Project Management. Ensured facility availability and managed work orders for Outside Plant to maintain a 21-day interval.

Rearranged existing T1 circuits and upgraded them to ASR9K Routers using TIRKS. Utilized CenturyLink hosted systems including Apple, Core, and TIRKS to complete designs, working with SONET rings and GigE 1-10.

Planned Part 121 flights within Alaska, including route planning, destination/alternate airports, and minimum IFR fuel calculations. Evaluated weather using WSI Fusion, derived approach minimums, examined NOTAMS, and monitored flights for diversions.

Converted existing TIRKS records into M6 and provisioned new DS0, DS1, DS3, and SONET circuits using M6. Designed ADDS, REMOVALS, REARRANGES, and DISCONNECTS order types, routing circuits from CFA to LSO and supporting technicians with issues.

Contacted customers to review circuit details, confirm service type, demarc information, and turn-up dates. Analyzed Salesforce data for necessary implementations, interfaced with Hawaiian Telcom Wholesale Market Group to order circuits, and created circuits in the OMNIA System.

Marketed AT&T's U-Verse product to the residential market, working from provided leads. Presented product functionality and benefits to customers, requiring strong technical skill and product knowledge.

Translated service orders from SOAC (Metasolv) into TIRKS, verifying required elements and facility availability. Collaborated with Network Operations, Switch Operations/Translations, and vendors to develop telephony infrastructure details and requirements.

Completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. This program provided a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
