I’m an Aviation Operations Specialist with over 5 years of experience scheduling and dispatching tactical aircraft missions while ensuring flight rules and regulations are followed. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where safety, accuracy, and timely execution are non-negotiable.

During my time with US ARMY, I reported to the Chief of Operations and Program Director and provided executive direction, assistance, and support for day-to-day battalion headquarters operations. I handled full-range management responsibilities, coordinated priority actions, and produced recommendations based on consolidated reports, statistics, and operational needs.

I also served as a designated Project Specialist responsible for the safety, testing and evaluation of fixed-wing aircraft, mainly the UH-60 Black Hawk valued in excess of 6 million dollars. I processed cross country and local flight clearances, maintained current aircraft flying regulations and navigation information (Army, DOD, and FAA), and ensured flight information stayed current using publications (FLIPS) and aeronautical charts.

Safety and team performance are central to how I lead. I was selected to manage the Brigade Safety Program, conducted unit risk assessment matrix work, and supervised safety surveys and inspections, including accident investigation support and follow-up audits to remove hazardous findings. I also built mentoring/coaching and employee development plans, and I emphasize higher education for long-term career progression.
