In my current role at Simplistic, I lead high-velocity e-commerce implementations (20+ concurrent launches), including third-party integrations across payments, fulfillment, and shipping. I troubleshoot API-driven workflows using REST/JSON concepts, webhooks, idempotency awareness, and Postman-style testing—then translate business needs into precise engineering/DevOps tickets, configurations, QA checklists, and launch runbooks.

Previously at Avature (HRTech SaaS), I led global enterprise onboarding and implementation from requirements workshops through configuration, UAT coordination, training, and go-live.
