MAIRA MANGANI

I started my career as a CPA and spent years doing technical accounting for multinational companies. That background gave me something most IT consultants don't have: a deep understanding of how business operations actually work, not just how they're supposed to work on paper.

That perspective is what drove me into IT. For the past 4+ years, I've been leading end-to-end SaaS implementations at Renew Solutions, where I manage a service management platform deployment for a multinational automotive client across Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. I lead a cross-functional team, run discovery sessions with C-level and operational stakeholders, design workflows and service catalogs, coordinate API integrations, and build the training programs that actually get people to adopt what we build.

Some highlights I'm proud of: setting up a Shared Services Center from scratch for a major automotive client in Brazil, digitalizing Finance, Administration, and IT processes across three countries, and delivering cross-border integrations between Brazil and Argentina. I also built our internal delivery methodology, which standardized how the whole company runs implementations.

I'm fluent in English (IELTS C1), Spanish (native), and Portuguese (professional), which means I can work directly with clients and teams across LATAM without friction.

I'm currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems at UBA, formalizing what I've been building hands-on since 2021.

I'm looking for remote Implementation Consultant, Customer Success, or Project Manager roles with international SaaS companies where I can keep doing what I love: helping organizations move from manual, fragmented operations to systems that actually work.
