I’m interested in applying data analysis to operational efficiency and decision-making.

At Ion Facilities, I coordinate service and maintenance requests across property sites in Canada and the U.S. I developed a custom productivity and tracking system to monitor job progress and outstanding requests.

I manage vendor and client communication using Service Fusion, RealSuite, OpenWrench, and Google Workspace. I’ve also streamlined digital workflows to improve task turnaround and reduce communication gaps.

At Canvas Developments, I managed tenant communication, contractor coordination, and digital recordkeeping, and built filing systems that improved documentation retrieval and reporting accuracy. I’m currently studying data analysis and have applied generative AI tools to analysis and task automation.
