What I'm looking for

I seek an L&D or instructional design role where I can build scalable eLearning, lead onboarding and leadership development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and measure learning impact in a growth-oriented, people-focused organization.

I am a learning and development leader and instructional designer with hands-on experience building eLearning, onboarding, and leadership programs across startups and corporate environments. I spearheaded a company's first eLearning program, produced instructional videos and microlearning, and implemented structured onboarding that reduced ramp-up time.

I combine practical recruitment and talent-management experience with evidence-based instructional strategies using Storyline360, Rise360, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite. I have designed safety and psychosocial support training, administered LMS deployments, and deliver workshops that boost team performance and learner engagement.
