I’m a Product Manager who leads Scrum teams to deliver customer onboarding and business-critical capabilities. At WEX Inc (Remote), I lead two Scrum teams for a project onboarding customers from a newly acquired company, delivering reports, alerts, and credit management features. I’m currently building a new financial product focused on statement payment and notification functionalities to increase payment flexibility and enhance customer purchasing power.
Previously, I served as an RPA Product Owner at De Lage Landen, where I translated business needs into user stories and owned planning through backlog prioritization and PI Plannings. I defined requirements and acceptance criteria, ensured delivered solutions worked as intended, and that they met organizational standards. I also focused on fixing, maintaining, and developing new solutions while staying proactive and unafraid to ask questions.
Earlier roles strengthened my technical and analytical foundation, from process analysis and automation using ETL (SQL Server Integration Services) and RPA (Automation Anywhere) to data tool development for data capture, storage, and analysis in Scala, plus front- and backend development with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React.
