What I'm looking for

I seek a senior analytics role where I can lead teams, build self-service analytics, automate PySpark/SQL pipelines, and deliver measurable business impact in a collaborative, data-driven company.

I am a Tech Lead and senior data analyst with a Bachelor’s in Statistics from UNICAMP, currently leading a team of five and serving as main client point of contact. I define project scope with executives, improve SQL performance, and deliver insights that drive margin increases and clarify KPI drops.

Previously at XP Inc I converted business rules into PySpark for dashboard automation, reduced manual effort by automating critical reports, ensured data accuracy with stakeholders, and created Power BI dashboards to support revenue and volume goals.
