I’m looking to architect high-performance, massive-scale data systems in a high-stakes fintech environment. I want to lead migrations, design enterprise-grade analytics, and build automated pipelines that accelerate time-to-insight and measurable growth.

I’m a Data Lead & Analytics Engineer with 6 years of experience turning hyper-growth complexity into enterprise-grade analytics and data architecture. I thrive on engineering rigor—building end-to-end data pipelines that support massive scale and real business outcomes.

In my most recent role, I led an Oracle/Postgres migration to Databricks and Superset, maintaining 100% uptime while modernizing the analytics stack for business continuity. I also spearheaded the “INSS Pix Consigned” initiative, driving R$1M in new paid contracts and R$70M in volume.

I partner closely with Risk and growth teams to operationalize decision-making with data. I helped develop a credit model enabling R$10B in credit contracts, owned data intelligence for a R$100M/month retention portfolio, and supported migrations of 10M BaaS clients with zero churn.

I continuously push capability forward with automation and intelligence. I pioneered GenAI/LLMs for automated SQL generation (databricks genie) to reduce time-to-insight, and I’ve scaled delivery by hiring 10+ professionals and building a specialized data unit.
