At 5.15 Technologies / Critical Design Associates, I owned a regional U.S. bank’s Atlassian suite across Cloud and Data Center, supporting Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket for 1,500 users. I managed platform standards, integrations, Marketplace app governance, and escalations.
I retired the bank’s self-hosted Data Center estate through a Jira and Confluence migration to Cloud, completing the cutover over a weekend with zero downtime. I also replaced manual access grants with a self-service Jira Service Management pipeline, taking grant time from days to minutes and eliminating standing admin permissions.
For the bank, I administered GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Copilot for 500 developers, and designed per-organization model access controls using Entra ID group sync. I also built a Python forensic audit tool that mapped unauthorized grants into an access timeline used for remediation.
For a Global Fortune 500 Manufacturer, I connected three Jira Cloud sites with Ivanti Service Manager and later ServiceNow, implemented a Jira-based SOX audit workflow, and built a findings-import tool. Earlier, at Pioneer Technology Group, I automated the company’s manual UI testing suite.
