At Asseco Poland, I lead UX across complex banking and public-sector products. For a mobile investing app, I used an AI coding agent to build a working app of about 75 screens, then refined it between sessions with 18 investors; task success reached 97.1%.
For PFRON, I planned and ran research with 15 people, including blind, deaf and low-vision users, and mapped roughly 80 issues to WCAG 2.1. The share of users finding the information they needed rose from 46% to as high as 75%.
At Farluner, I tested monetization changes for Android apps, helping Panda's paid conversion move from 1% to 7%. At Roche, I designed lab workflows for ProSE, an internal antibody-discovery platform; four workflows shipped and stayed in use. I use AI to shorten the path to a tested solution, while keeping design decisions human.
