I’m a UX designer and consultant with 10+ years in enterprise products, specialising in data visualisation, AI-powered interfaces, and complex analytical tools. My PhD thesis focused on accessibility and usability, shaping how I balance innovation with clear, usable experiences.

I lead UX delivery and growth as a UX Team Leader, directly managing 11 UX designers within a Competency Center of 17. At Lingaro, I scaled the international team from 6 to 17 and coordinated UX engagement across ~30 simultaneous client projects.

I turn complex business challenges into actionable UX for Fortune 500 clients, especially in supply chain, logistics, finance, and analytics. I’ve designed enterprise solutions across React, React Native, Salesforce, and Power BI—often building AI-powered conversational interfaces and LLM-integrated data views, including scoping custom AI agents and UX writing consistency frameworks.

I also strengthen delivery through DesignOps: I raised UX maturity from level 2 (limited) to level 4 (structured) using AI-augmented design operations. I bring proven research and standards—WCAG 2.2, Design Sprint, design systems thinking, and metrics like CSAT/SUS—into client processes and internal training.
