What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead design systems and governance for complex enterprise SaaS, partner with product and engineering from discovery to launch, and take ambiguous 0-to-1 problems end to end.

I’m a senior product designer specializing in design systems, governance, and complex enterprise platforms. With 15+ years across FinTech, GenAI, Media, Retail, and Education, I’ve shipped enterprise SaaS and consumer experiences across web and mobile.

At EPAM Systems, I redesigned core workflows for high-density financial and trading platforms, reworking information architecture and navigation across desktop, web, and mobile. I also led the design system architecture for enterprise SaaS—consolidating fragmented UI libraries into one governed token system (~180 tokens, ~35 core components, and 10–12 domain patterns across React, Electron, Flutter, and a web SDK target).

I designed an enterprise GenAI platform focused on governed experimentation—prompt management and model comparison with role-based access, audit logging, and policy guardrails. I established contribution/review/handoff standards and accessibility patterns (WCAG 2.1 AA) to improve cross-product consistency and reduce rework.

Previously, as a Design Manager at Windmill Smart Solutions, I led the design function across multiple enterprise product lines, managed and coached an international team of 20+ designers, and helped hire and onboard 9 mid and senior designers. Earlier roles included hands-on product design work (wireframes through high-fidelity UI), user research and usability testing, and mentoring; I’ve also contributed as a course curator/mentor and lecturer for UX/UI fundamentals and portfolio readiness.
