At Zemingo, I’m the sole designer for a global FMCG mobile app used by millions, where I reduced onboarding from roughly 15 screens to 6 and helped deliver a 73% drop in onboarding errors. I design end-to-end, from research and information architecture through WCAG-compliant UI, developer specifications, and accessibility support for VoiceOver.

Previously at Publicis Groupe via LePont, I built and scaled two design systems adopted by three-plus development teams, created documentation standards still used across markets, and designed responsive healthcare, pharma, FMCG, and e-commerce experiences. I bring nearly five years of product design experience, pairing research, analytics, prototyping, and AI-assisted tooling to turn hypotheses into testable, ship-ready product decisions.
