At PeopleForce, I lead product design across HR Tech and the PeopleForce app, combining product strategy with hands-on mobile delivery. I rebuilt the app from Flutter to Expo/React Native, reaching 9× the old app’s all-time peak DAU two months after release.

I built a 159-component design system with documentation for AI coding agents, and lead a team of 9 designers alongside 2 frontend developers. I also help designers become AI product builders; the product design team has contributed 700+ merged PRs since the start of 2026.
