At Habi, I own product strategy and PRDs for AI-driven lead automation across Colombia and Mexico. I also designed the experiments and measurement for an AI conversational agent handling inbound home sellers through WhatsApp and phone.

I co-lead the owner portal with the product director, taking the homeowner experience from WhatsApp to a mobile app. I defined its measurement architecture across GA4/Firebase and BigQuery, built Looker Studio dashboards from my own queries, and shipped two customer-manager features for real-estate agents.
