What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service with hands-on problem-solving—supporting day-to-day operations, helping people quickly, and using my technical troubleshooting and maintenance experience to keep systems and service running smoothly.

I’m a customer-focused cashier with experience handling transactions accurately with POS equipment at Walmart, including cash, credit cards, WIC, and mobile payments. I scan products carefully, follow bagging procedures, and stay professional while assisting clients with product location and price confirmation.

I also bring hands-on technical and field experience from working as an IT Technician for the City of Doral, where I troubleshot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, installed and configured devices, and maintained systems with software updates, security patches, and antivirus scans. Earlier, I worked as a Construction worker using drills, saws, and other tools while following safety protocols and reading blueprints and work orders.
