What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level remote role where I can support customers through email/chat and help with virtual assistance, travel support, and e-commerce tasks. I value clear communication, organized processes, and the chance to grow quickly while using digital tools.

I’m an economics student from Croatia, finishing high school in June 2026, and I’m eager to begin my career in remote customer support or virtual assistance. I’m fluent in Croatian and English and comfortable working with digital tools every day.

I’ve built strong written and verbal communication skills through school projects and presentations. I’m confident handling documents, presentations, spreadsheets, email, and online tools, and I focus on clarity, speed, and accuracy in everything I send.

Right now, I’m independently learning no-code app building and digital marketing, and I’m actively interested in customer support, travel support, e-commerce, SaaS, and digital operations. I enjoy solving problems, doing online research, and supporting customers through both email and chat.

I’m reliable, organized, and a fast learner with digital tools. I’m available immediately for interviews, and I’m ready to start part-time during final exams or full-time after June 2026.
