Masumi Taguchi

At Fairtrade ANZ, I managed relationships with 120+ corporate partners across Australia and New Zealand, resolving issues and coordinating across legal, marketing, and supply chain teams.

I led KPI tracking, managed concurrent strategic projects reporting to the CEO, and delivered presentations to 150+ stakeholders to build alignment on strategy and compliance. I also led a team of four to produce ESG-related Sustainability Impact Reports for 20 clients.

Previously, at Planting Seeds and OzHarvest, I delivered environmental education and sustainability initiatives, including a Sustainability Handbook for 30+ local governments focused on reducing food loss. My work combines program delivery, environmental data analysis, process improvement, and practical coordination with schools, local governments, businesses, and communities.

Across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, I've built trusted relationships in fast-changing, cross-cultural environments. As an English/Japanese bilingual professional and independent photographer, I bring thoughtful client communication, reliable delivery, and end-to-end project coordination.
