I am an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in cryptocurrency and financial services. In my current role as a Senior Product Manager at Bitrafi Exchange, I am responsible for building and implementing product strategies that align with the company's vision. I gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements and features. I collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps, and I supervise and support product managers while coordinating cross-functional teams. I ensure that product releases are organized and adhere to the schedule.
Prior to my current role, I worked as a Product Manager at Omid Analyzer, where I managed various financial services products, including SEJAM registrant & E-Authentication, SAHAM-E-EDALAT, Mano.ir (investment hub), OmidPlus (online algorithmic trading panel), and Optimax (online algorithmic trading panel for market making and group online). I have also worked as a Product Manager at Saman Salamat Pajouh, where I analyzed business process issues and provided consulting assistance to system users. Additionally, I have experience as a System Analyst and Documentation Specialist at Tarahan negah Tazeh, where I worked on website and application design and analysis.
My research interests lie in understanding user behavior and developing data-driven product marketing strategies.
