I calculate benefits, apply for tax directives, prepare payment requisitions, and process two-pot retirement system claims using Everest. I keep claims records audit-ready, complete quality checks, and investigate suspicious claims while meeting strict turnaround targets.
My earlier claims work at Discovery Insure and MiWay Insurance included motor, non-motor, recovery, settlement, and legal claims matters. I bring more than nine years of claims administration experience and am completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management.
