What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can combine accurate bookkeeping, administrative support, and data-driven social media management—bringing strong organization, Excel skills, Canva design, and GoHighLevel workflow readiness to help clients grow.

I’m an administrative assistant and skilled bookkeeper, currently transitioning into a Virtual Assistant role. Since 2022, I’ve supported business operations with detail-oriented bookkeeping—maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, updating the general ledger, and performing reconciliations, trial balance checks, and ledger alignment.

I also bring strong social media capabilities to my remote work. I handle content creation, scheduling, engagement strategies, and analytics tracking, and I design professional graphics and templates using Canva. I’ve also familiarized myself with GoHighLevel fundamentals to support CRM automation and client workflows, along with lead generation, executive calendar management, email and file organization, and customer support tasks.
