I built no-code workflows with Make and Airtable to automate data entry, lead management, and administrative processes, saving approximately 33 hours per week across the team. I also introduced an action-item tracking system that cut follow-up turnaround time from five days to one.
On an independent client project, I built a Make and Apollo lead-management automation that processed more than 250 leads per week and kept the client’s pipeline updated in a live spreadsheet. I’m interested in helping executives stay organized and reducing repetitive administrative work with AI and no-code automation.
