What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an executive or virtual assistant role where I can organize priorities, manage calendars and communication, coordinate follow-ups, and help leaders stay focused in a remote, collaborative environment.

At Mambo Jipya School, I supported the CEO by managing calendars, meetings, priorities, weekly schedules, and follow-ups so important actions kept moving forward.

I coordinate meetings from attendee availability and agendas through Google Meet invitations, minutes, and action tracking. I also draft correspondence, organize digital files, and keep executives informed of pending items and delays.

Previously, at Qwetu School of Hospitality, I managed front-desk operations, schedules, records, official documents, and communication across staff, students, clients, and external stakeholders. I bring a proactive, organized approach to remote executive support using Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, and other collaboration tools.
