I've supported operations and financial services at Co-operative Bank of Kenya, managing customer service requests, banking transactions, records, and branch support activities.

In my Service Desk Officer role, I supported bancassurance, shares trading, investment banking, and foreign currency operations. I also coordinated due-diligence documentation and helped set up operations for two new branches.

Previously, I processed deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments while maintaining KYC, AML, audit, and confidentiality standards. As a System Administrator, I managed user access, security controls, system checks, updates, backups, and issue resolution.

I'm an Actuarial Science graduate pursuing an MSc in Data Analytics, with interests in data analysis, research, finance, and project management.
