I'm looking for a remote IT Support or Office 365 Administrator role where I can apply my 15+ years of experience in technical support, user onboarding, and cloud-based collaboration tools. I value stability, teamwork, and opportunities to continuously learn while helping users solve problems efficiently.

I’m an experienced IT professional with over 15 years in the field, specializing in Service Desk operations, Office 365 and Exchange administration, and end-user support for both Windows and macOS environments. My most recent role was at Kalutasan, Inc. (a U.S.-based company), where I worked as a Level 2 Service Desk engineer. I managed ticket queues, onboarded and offboarded users, handled Office 365 escalations, and administered software licenses across platforms like Google Workspace, Box.com, and RingCentral.

Previously, I served as an Office 365 and Exchange Administrator at Technology Elite Inc., leading Office 365 email migrations, setting up Azure AD and Intune configurations, and resolving complex cloud-based issues. I also supported Microsoft partners at Accenture, assisting with advanced Office 365 troubleshooting, SharePoint and OneDrive restores, Teams setup, and compliance configurations.

I’ve been a consistent go-to person for escalations and mentoring, and I’ve helped improve internal documentation and training processes. I enjoy solving problems that help users work more efficiently and securely.

Outside work, I’m passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and content creation. I love exploring local food spots and weekend nature trips—something I plan to feature in my own YouTube content in the future. I’m currently studying cybersecurity fundamentals to support my goal of transitioning into a Cybersecurity Analyst role.
