At Del Lago Casino, I prepare baked goods and desserts for multiple restaurants in a high-volume production environment. I follow detailed recipes, maintain consistency and quality, and operate commercial bakery equipment.

I've built customer-facing experience at Spencer's, Luigi's Italian Restaurant, and Twisties Tavern. I answer calls and emails, resolve account issues and complaints, de-escalate difficult situations, and help turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.

In busy kitchens and dining rooms, I bring attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure. I’m comfortable communicating with people from all backgrounds and take pride in being patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
