I am a Licensed Professional Teacher and 2023 Bachelor of Elementary Education graduate who brings over two years of customer service experience in telecommunications BPO. I combine strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills with a passion for supporting learners.

In my BPO roles I handled high-volume inbound and outbound calls, managed billing inquiries, service activations, technical issues, and processed account modifications with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance. I supported retail store operations including SIM provisioning and number porting to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

My background includes classroom-related skills such as lesson preparation, instructional material development, classroom documentation, student guidance, and parent communication. I am proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experienced in data entry and report preparation.

I am seeking to begin a teaching career where I can apply my instructional training and practical communication experience to help learners grow while gaining classroom experience toward my long-term professional goals.
