I am a corporate communications professional with a BA in Language and Communication and a member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK). In my current role as Corporate Communications Officer and Officer in Charge of Complaints Management at a regional development authority, I develop and implement communication strategies, write and distribute website content, run the Authority’s YouTube channel, manage bulk SMS services, and oversee the complaints management system.
I have experience as a writer for publications, front-desk and assistant management roles, and training in customer care and quality systems. I combine strong interpersonal and time-management skills with media relations, event coordination, customer satisfaction research, and a customer-first approach to protect and enhance organizational reputation.
