What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a part-time remote role in chat support, moderation, or sales support, with an evening shift.

In perfume retail, I recommended products and built customer trust and loyalty while working toward sales targets.

As a cashier in a retail store, I handled cash transactions and helped customers with issues.

In sportswear retail, I assisted customers with product choices and features, and maintained store displays and inventory.

In makeup and accessories retail, I advised customers, handled Instagram DMs and WhatsApp inquiries, and helped build repeat customer relationships. I’m studying Mass Communication with a Marketing focus and have experience with chat support and social media moderation.
