What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine patient/client support with healthcare documentation and analytics—growing into healthcare administration or health data analytics while applying HIPAA standards and improving processes with a tech-forward mindset.

I’m a healthcare professional with experience delivering compassionate behavioral health support and ensuring high-quality client experiences. I currently serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, including hospitals and law firms, while maintaining detailed records and communicating proactively to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Alongside my client-facing work, I’ve provided hands-on emotional support, monitored and documented behavioral and safety concerns, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals—always staying aligned with HIPAA standards. I’m driven by the intersection of healthcare and technology, and I’m actively building toward a career in healthcare administration or health data analytics while preparing to pursue a Master’s in Engineering Technology focused on Computational Health Informatics.
