At Flextronics Technology Limited, I support enterprise network, surveillance and security infrastructure projects for public-sector and commercial clients, including SLA-based support for Central Bank of Nigeria operations. My work includes deploying network-connected CCTV systems and troubleshooting Bosch BVMS server, storage and operator-workstation issues.
I supported nationwide CCTV and surveillance deployments across 36 states in Nigeria, including camera replacement, re-cabling, VLAN and remote-view integration, and server and storage recovery. I also assessed radio, fibre and network connectivity for distributed sites transmitting video to central monitoring locations.
At BOTG Consults Limited, I designed and maintained network infrastructure as a System Administrator, after providing frontline IT support there. I administered Active Directory accounts and permissions, handled incidents against SLA expectations, and created technical documentation and user guides.
