What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a real estate acquisitions and underwriting role where I can evaluate high volumes of residential deals, structure creative financing, and partner with lenders and teams to turn detailed analysis into profitable purchases.

I’m a property acquisition specialist focused on underwriting residential investment opportunities. At Mentor Capital, I underwrite and evaluate 30+ deals daily, using comparative market analysis (CMA), ARV projections, and neighborhood/condition inputs to determine property value and develop maximum allowable offers (MAOs). I structure competitive offers and analyze creative financing such as seller financing, subject-to transactions, wrap mortgages, lease options, and novation agreements.

I also review renovation scopes, contractor estimates, holding costs, financing expenses, and projected exit strategies to assess deal viability. Throughout the process, I complete title, lien, and due diligence reviews to identify potential risks, and I collaborate closely with acquisitions managers, lenders, title companies, contractors, and property owners. Earlier roles in operations management and marketing operations strengthened my leadership, process discipline, and customer-focused problem-solving—skills I bring into every underwriting recommendation.
