At the NC Department of the State Treasurer, I serve as a Level 3 responder for enterprise infrastructure incidents, supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Azure, Exchange, SAN storage, and secured data center operations. I lead high-impact changes including domain controller upgrades, file server migrations, VMware builds, network migrations, and UNITY SAN migrations.

Across North Carolina state government, public safety, healthcare, information assurance, and higher education, I've supported critical systems for more than 20 years. I bring hands-on server hardware, storage, backup and recovery, vulnerability remediation, incident escalation, vendor coordination, disaster recovery planning, and technical leadership during critical operating windows.
